Back-2-School Connection
Back-2-School Connection program provides school supplies (while they last) to students who attend a Title One school in Charles County. Students are eligible to receive supplies at the beginning of each school year (August) and after their winter break (January).

Adopt-A-Teacher
Adopt-A-Teacher program provides a gift certificate to assist a Charles County teacher in purchasing classroom supplies. Recipients will be required to submit supporting documentation.

Gifts of Love
Gifts of Love program adopts children for the Christmas Holiday. The gifts will include one or more of the following items: clothing, toys, and electronics. The gifts are a supportive supplement to families who reside in Charles County who are experiencing hardship.

Pack A Purse
Pack A Purse program provides feminine hygiene products for women who are experiencing hardship and/or are in a domestic violence shelter. Hardship cases must be approved through the office.

Clothing Care Closet
Clothing Care Closet (CCC) program assist men, women, and children with clothing for families experiencing hardship. The program will host quarterly “Free Shopping” opportunities to come in and fill a bag at no cost to them. Recipients must present their ID and their Independence Card to qualify for assistance. Other as needed hardship cases are approved via the office.
